Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

Preply Business is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training and enablement programs for its go‑to‑market teams. You will ensure that Sales Development Representatives, Sales, and Post‑Sales professionals have the resources, tools, and knowledge needed to drive performance and adoption of new processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run onboarding programs for SDR, Sales, and Post‑Sales teams, accelerating ramp‑up and productivity.
• Build ongoing enablement frameworks that reinforce product knowledge, process discipline, and tool mastery.
• Translate process changes, GTM innovations, and product updates into bite‑sized training assets such as guides, micro‑learnings, and certifications.
• Partner with RevOps and product teams to align process design with field execution and track adoption impact.
• Leverage Outreach, Salesforce, Attention, and Vitally to identify skill gaps and embed actionable coaching into regular cadences.
• Act as a change ambassador for new tools, metrics, or processes, ensuring clear communication across Enablement, RevOps, and GTM leaders.
• Identify external learning needs, source vendors, and manage facilitator relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a similar role within a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong ability to design and deliver structured learning programs and certification paths.
• Excellent collaboration skills with managers, RevOps, and product teams.
• Analytical mindset to measure enablement ROI and link training to performance metrics.
