Sales Representative – OOH (Valencia)

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join its Out‑of‑Home (OOH) team in Valencia. You will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring excellent point‑of‑sale execution across your territory, representing some of the world’s most loved FMCG brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, conducting regular visits and building long‑term partnerships.
• Secure optimal visibility for Ferrero products through effective negotiation, shelf placement, and secondary displays.
• Generate and manage orders, monitor stock levels, and support promotional activities.
• Execute trade‑marketing initiatives, review assortments and introduce new products.
• Analyze sales data, segment customers and implement actions to improve business results.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account teams and wholesalers to execute commercial plans.

Required profile

• Energetic, customer‑focused sales professional with experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably in FMCG, OOH, foodservice or Horeca.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
• Analytical mindset, using data to prioritize opportunities and improve route productivity.
• Proactive, organized, resilient and highly motivated to achieve ambitious goals.
