Sales Representative OOH – Valencia

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a passionate and results‑driven Sales Representative to join its Out‑of‑Home (OOH) team in Valencia. You will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring excellent point‑of‑sale execution across your assigned territory, representing some of the world’s most loved brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, conducting regular visits and building long‑term partnerships.
• Secure optimal visibility for Ferrero products through effective sales negotiation, shelf placement, and secondary displays.
• Generate and manage orders, monitor stock levels, and support promotional activities.
• Execute trade‑marketing initiatives, review assortments and introduce new products.
• Perform territory and route management, analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with key‑account teams and wholesalers to implement commercial plans.

Required profile

• Energetic, customer‑focused sales professional with experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably in FMCG, OOH, foodservice or horeca.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence customers.
• Analytical mindset, using data to prioritise actions and improve route productivity.
• Proactive, organised, resilient and highly motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly and takes ownership of the territory.
