Salesforce Architect

About the role

Merkle, a dentsu company, is looking for a Salesforce Architect in Barcelona. The role designs, implements and optimizes CRM systems, leads the technical team during implementations and acts as a subject matter expert for pitches and client work.

Key responsibilities

• Design CRM architecture systems for high performance and scalability, and design and optimize digital platforms
• Develop and maintain software architecture documentation, ensuring consistency across the development lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, review and approve design and code, and enforce coding standards
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs, and work with stakeholders
• Take part in project planning and estimation, identify technical risks, and run performance tuning and optimization
• Prepare technical reports and presentations, and act as SME for pitches and client work

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, with experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions
• Experience leading project development in Agile or Scrum environments
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and guide junior members
• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting experience with CRM issues

Required skills

• CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
• AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, Docker and Kubernetes
• GDPR, CCPA and data privacy compliance
• Apex, JavaScript.NET, C# and REST/SOAP API integrations with ERP, CDPs and loyalty platforms
• Data analysis with Excel, Power BI or Tableau
