SAP Integration Consultant

About the role

SD Worx, a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services, is looking for an SAP Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support integration solutions between SAP systems and external HR platforms. You will work closely with customers to translate their requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP integration solutions between SAP systems and external HR platforms.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain ABAP‑based integration components and data transformation logic.
• Configure and troubleshoot web services, APIs, and middleware connections.
• Support Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM/ECP integration scenarios.
• Participate in customer workshops, testing activities, go‑live support, and hypercare.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and innovation within the SAP Integrations team.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of SAP integration experience.
• Functional understanding of SAP HCM/ECP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workday, and HR data replication processes.
• Strong hands‑on ABAP Object‑Oriented development experience.
• Experience with PECI, Workday Connectors, and other HR integration technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant SAP or Workday certifications are highly recommended.
