SAP S4/HANA Senior Manager Consulting

About the role

Infosys Consulting's ERP & Platforms practice is looking for a Senior Manager / Manager consultant in Spain to lead SAP S4HANA transformation programmes. The role anchors proposal preparation and engagement delivery, leads functional and technical solutions, guides teams on project processes and deliverables, and interfaces daily with senior clients. It is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies, and help design future processes and organisations with transformation roadmaps
• Run requirements workshops with global IT professionals and subject matter experts, turning them into actionable initiatives with metrics
• Deliver solution-targeted processes using best practices and transfer knowledge to the client throughout the project
• Manage project execution end to end, delivering scope, quality and on time, and coach and mentor team members
• Create and contribute S4HANA practice artefacts, and support practice growth through recruitment, training and retention
• Provide thought leadership and share knowledge, and act as people manager to junior consultants

Required profile

• At least 7 years of SAP project experience, from preparation through deployment and run
• Experience engaging senior finance or IT stakeholders and influencing at leadership level
• Proven track record leading large and small global and local teams
• Experience in project management of large ERP implementations and significant team leadership over process streams or functional areas
• Fluency in English is a must; willingness to work in a hybrid environment and to travel
• Preferred: at least one S4HANA customer engagement, a foundation in consulting rather than industry, and experience mentoring consulting resources
