Scrum Master – Digital Campus (m/f/d)

About the role

Join the Digital Campus at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete as a Scrum Master for the Data & Analytics squad. You will be part of an Agile Release Train delivering SAP BI products and shaping the future of industrial digitalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) for a 10‑person squad.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Scrum and SAFe frameworks to optimise velocity and sprint commitments.
• Shield the team from external interruptions and remove architectural or organisational impediments.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Owners and Domain Leaders to keep the backlog healthy and prioritised.
• Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics and risks to management on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile leadership, coaching or Scrum Master roles.
• Deep knowledge of extended Scrum practices and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
• Proven ability to work with Agile tools such as Jira or similar to track PI delivery and dependencies.
• Background in Data & Analytics and familiarity with SAP BI environments.
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.
