Security Analyst – Global IT

About the role

Ivoclar Group is looking for a Security Analyst to join its Global IT team. You will help protect the company’s information assets across an international, diverse environment while supporting the mission of improving oral health worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incident response activities, perform root‑cause analyses and implement sustainable improvements.
• Identify security risks and vulnerabilities, define mitigation strategies and drive their implementation.
• Define, implement and continuously improve global IT security processes, policies and standards based on ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Support international IT projects by embedding security‑by‑design principles.
• Perform security assessments, monitor compliance and contribute to enterprise‑wide risk management.
• Develop and promote security‑awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization’s security culture.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and collaborate with global stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in information security within an international environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Strong knowledge of modern security concepts, frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, and experience in risk management and incident response.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills in a global setting.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
