Senior Android Developer

About the role

BidMachine Exchange is looking for a Senior Android Developer to help evolve its mobile advertising SDKs. You will work on a high‑performance product that powers in‑app programmatic advertising for publishers and advertisers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Update SDK versions and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Optimize SDK performance and implement new functionalities.
• Participate in all development phases: planning, feature demos, writing tests, building and releasing the SDK.
• Maintain and support existing SDK components.
• Gradually migrate codebase from Java to Kotlin.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile software development experience.
• Proactive, strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to think creatively and work independently.
• Capable of estimating effort and delivering on schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
• Experience building and publishing Android apps on Google Play.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, unit testing and instrumented testing.
• Familiarity with Gradle build system, continuous integration pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience with SDK development is a plus.
