Senior Application Product Manager - Supply Chain - Procurement

About the role

Celonis, a platform for industrializing Enterprise AI, is looking for a Senior Application Product Manager for Procurement within its Business Apps Supply Chain team in Madrid. You will act as the interface between customers, Go-To-Market and Product & Engineering teams, helping customers accelerate value with Celonis by building bespoke, composable procurement and supply chain architectures based on the Celonis Context Model (CCM) and advanced decision intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops to map customer needs into technical scopes and solution blueprints
• Deploy customer-specific context models, data structures and supply chain blueprints on the Celonis platform
• Own deployments end-to-end, from kickoff to production, presenting solutions to stakeholders and executives
• Design, validate and test decision intelligence functions such as optimization algorithms and predictive models
• Turn deployment learnings into reusable semantic entities and modular context libraries

Required profile

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing hybrid role such as Solution Engineer, Product Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Implementation Consultant or similar
• Deep knowledge of supply chain and procurement workflows, able to link bottlenecks to strategic AI solutions
• Track record of building complete solutions, not just isolated features
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams; fluent English (German a plus)

Required skills

• Data analysis and modeling, including SQL, Python and Celonis-native tools such as PQL
• LLM orchestration, function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering and agentic patterns
• ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle) or MRP knowledge is a strong plus
