Senior Associate Designer

About the role

Act Second LLC is a creative studio that partners with brands to deliver strategy‑driven design. We are seeking a Senior Associate Designer to translate brand strategies into compelling visual solutions across print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production of design drafts and mock‑ups for marketing emails, social content, presentations, web layouts and branding projects.
• Collaborate with creative support specialists, project managers and the Design Director to ensure consistent, on‑time deliverables.
• Maintain style standards based on client guidelines and participate in internal meetings and professional development sessions.
• Organize and manage print and digital files and assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of agency or brand design experience, including brand strategy and leading branding projects.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility in fashion, beauty and tech, with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Native or fluent English and ability to work EST business hours.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Keynote.
• Photo editing and retouching; video editing and illustration are a plus.
• Understanding of branding, typography and social media specifications.
