Senior Associate – Finance Function Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance Consulting practice in Barcelona. You will work closely with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to redesign finance functions, improve efficiency and increase their strategic contribution across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client finance operating models and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Develop and implement strategies covering organisation, processes, data and technology, including emerging AI tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that align with client business goals.
• Apply PwC’s methodologies and best‑in‑class frameworks to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members, delegate work and provide constructive feedback.
