Senior Business Development Manager – Beauty Category (Madrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our beauty category on the SHEIN platform. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating and managing relationships with wholesalers and distributors to ensure a competitive and reliable product offering.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential beauty suppliers across the EU, leveraging existing networks and market research.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities and contract terms to enable both trial purchases and long‑term bulk procurement.
• Analyse EU beauty market trends, forecast demand and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the global procurement team to optimise logistics and delivery performance.
• Track supply‑chain KPIs such as on‑time delivery and seller success rate, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement, business development or vendor‑management experience in the beauty industry.
• Established network of wholesalers and distributors in the EU beauty market.
• Strong knowledge of EU wholesale procurement processes and ability to engage suppliers quickly.
• Excellent negotiation skills and strategic planning capability.
