Senior Community Manager – Stumble Guys

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Community Manager to lead the global community for Stumble Guys, based in Barcelona. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will shape and execute the community strategy across Discord, Reddit and emerging platforms, supporting seasonal content and LiveOps.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the community strategy for Stumble Guys, driving growth and engagement on Discord, Reddit and new platforms.
• Lead the seasonal community calendar and deliver high‑impact activations aligned with LiveOps and key game beats.
• Create and run engagement initiatives such as events, challenges, UGC campaigns and creator collaborations.
• Engage daily with players, building authentic relationships and fostering a positive community environment.
• Maintain high‑quality conversations through strong moderation and community standards.
• Manage external partners and agencies to ensure consistent community voice and best‑in‑class execution.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, LiveOps and Creative on integrated player‑first campaigns.
• Define, track and report community performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
• Identify and launch innovative initiatives, including cross‑collaborations with creators and brands.
• Stay ahead of gaming, platform and community trends to keep Stumble Guys culturally relevant.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in community management, social media or related roles, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Proven track record managing Discord and Reddit communities at scale.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Twitch and creator ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Experience working with external partners or agencies.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for gaming and building engaging player communities.
