Senior Creative Marketing Manager

About the role

Codeway is looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Manager to lead the creative strategy for Learna, its AI‑powered language‑learning app. You will work at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing and AI, shaping concepts that drive user acquisition and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the creative strategy for Learna, directly influencing CPI, ROI and spend efficiency.
• Monitor the advertising market and competitors, identifying winning patterns and emerging trends on a weekly basis.
• Translate market signals and performance data into fully formed ad concepts ready for brainstorming.
• Design, implement and manage a rigorous creative testing framework, including matrix and element testing.
• Collaborate closely with growth managers and the marketing art team to ensure rapid, data‑driven iteration.
• Lead the process that enables the creative team to ship high‑performing ads at scale.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in creative marketing or performance‑driven advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to let data guide creative decisions.
• Excellent understanding of the mobile user‑acquisition ecosystem and ad‑creative best practices.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with growth, product and design teams.
• Self‑starter who can set strategy and execute it end‑to‑end.
