Senior Digital Product Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Digital Product Analyst you will support the Monitor & Grow customer mission on Santander's global Savings & Investments platform. Based in Boadilla del Monte, you will work closely with the Digital Product Manager to design and evolve digital experiences that help customers monitor, understand and grow their investments.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Design digital experiences focused on portfolio monitoring, customer engagement and long‑term investment relationships.
• Define functional requirements for portfolio insights, notifications, watchlists, goal tracking and proactive guidance.
• Help create experiences that increase customer engagement and long‑term investment activity.
• Identify opportunities to simplify complex financial information and improve customer understanding.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives to ensure a consistent customer experience across the platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital product analysis or a similar role.
• Ability to translate business strategy into functional specifications and user stories.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and investment products.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineering teams and local market stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
