Senior Digital Product Manager (Web)

About the role

Exoticca, an online travel agency focused on long-distance dream trips, is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to own and evolve its website. You will set the vision, strategy and roadmap of the web experience so that it delivers measurable business outcomes while balancing customer value, commercial objectives and technical scalability. As the product partner for the CMO, you will lead the eCommerce and Martech squads and work with Engineering, UX, Data and Business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and business outcomes of the website, defining vision and priorities
• Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics and experimentation
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from opportunity identification to delivery and continuous optimisation
• Partner with Engineering, UX and Business teams to deliver customer experiences
• Drive OKRs and product metrics, focusing teams on outcomes
• Identify improvements in conversion, scalability and operational efficiency
• Influence senior stakeholders (CMO, CPO and business leaders) and communicate progress, trade-offs and constraints clearly

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience on customer-facing digital products (eCommerce, TravelTech or Marketplace)
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business impact
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with Engineering
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• Highly autonomous, proactive and accountable
