Senior Director - Product Management - EU (Veeva Nitro)

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for Europe for its Nitro product, an AI-native data platform that turns fragmented HCP/HCO, prescription and industry data into actionable insights for non-technical commercial teams. As the senior product presence for Europe, you will understand EU customers, advocate for their needs in the global product roadmap and partner with engineering, sales, services, legal and compliance to build Nitro for the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EU customer relationship pipeline, from discovery interviews and executive briefings to conference presence, and act as the main feedback loop between European pharma and the global roadmap
• Set priorities for the dedicated EU engineering workstream and own the outcomes of those features
• Own the product's compliance posture in Europe, partnering with legal and security to meet GDPR, data residency and EMA requirements
• Partner with sales and services early on EU deals, handling product objections and accelerating time-to-value
• Keep track of the EU competitive landscape, regulatory pipeline and local data ecosystem to influence product strategy
• Promote AI-native capabilities and ways of working, and articulate what they mean for commercial teams
• Represent the EU market and customer perspective to Veeva and Nitro leadership

Required profile

• 8+ years in product management with success on enterprise SaaS or data platforms
• Deep life sciences commercial, medical and regulatory expertise, including HCP/HCO data, prescription data, claims and field force operations, ideally across several EU markets
• Strong understanding of the European life sciences market and EU regulatory and data-privacy requirements (GDPR, data residency, EMA)
• Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent experience considered

Required skills

• Hands-on product experience with AI/ML, analytics or data platforms, able to advocate for AI-driven capabilities
• Proven ability to lead executive customer conversations and set clear success metrics
• Comfortable influencing across teams in a globally distributed, remote-first environment
• Nice to have: experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM or the life sciences technology ecosystem, experience building an AI-native product from an early stage, and working proficiency in another European language
