We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Financial Controller to join our international team. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Controlling, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving process optimization, and supporting global decision-making through high-level reporting and analysis.

Missions principales

• Coordinate the monthly closing process and ensure timely reporting of results to the Group.
• Analyze and consolidate financial data from various international subsidiaries.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Act as a key driver in the digitalization project by standardizing and optimizing financial processes.
• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and IFRS regulations.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in audit or financial controlling within an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• High-tech profile with expert-level mastery of Excel and advanced financial software.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
