Senior Fleet Manager – EU Regional Fleet Management

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager to lead safety, compliance and availability of its vehicle fleet across the EU region, primarily in Spain. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure that fleet operations support Amazon’s fast, reliable last‑mile delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional health and safety initiatives for the fleet, conducting audits and ensuring roadworthiness and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the single‑threaded leader for launching fleet‑related products and programs across French and Spanish markets.
• Collaborate with stations and business functions to forecast and consolidate vehicle demand, especially during peak periods.
• Develop and implement best‑practice processes for fleet operations and safety across the EU.
• Manage volatile vehicle demand, balancing short‑term and long‑term risks while optimizing cost, quality and speed.
• Travel 20‑30% of the time to delivery stations and partner sites within the assigned region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fleet management or logistics operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of local vehicle regulations and safety standards in Spain and France.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive complex operational initiatives.
