Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Dragons, a global creative agency, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a deep understanding of modern beauty and skincare aesthetics for social‑first environments. You will shape premium visual storytelling for brands such as Cetaphil, Glossier, and similar culturally relevant names, while integrating AI‑powered creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality, social‑first assets for beauty, skincare, wellness and lifestyle brands across Instagram, TikTok, paid social, campaigns and presentations.
• Maintain strong brand consistency while adapting creative to diverse audiences, formats and platform requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Design Leads, Art Directors, Strategists, Motion Designers and broader creative teams.
• Contribute to AI‑driven creative workflows, exploring and integrating tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Krea or Sora.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced agency setting, ensuring premium execution standards.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in agency or brand environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium visual aesthetics, social‑first thinking and high‑quality digital execution.
• Proven experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness or lifestyle brands.
• Deep understanding of social media design for Instagram, TikTok, paid social and motion‑first formats.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including photo retouching and image manipulation.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Krea or Sora.
• Expertise in typography, composition, color theory and visual storytelling.
