Senior Group Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Group Financial Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team. The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting and performance analysis across an international, multi‑entity environment, working closely with the Head of Controlling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly group closing and consolidation processes.
• Support group management reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of group reporting.
• Act as primary contact for local finance teams.
• Maintain compliance with group controlling standards.
• Monitor reporting timelines and deliverables.
• Resolve reporting issues with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of experience in controlling or financial activities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to AI tools and data automation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
