Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager

About the role

Dragados is seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to join its new technology projects in the Data Center sector. Based in Zaragoza, you will provide visible HSW guidance, promote positive wellbeing practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor on all Health, Safety & Wellbeing matters for the project.
• Maintain and share core HSW expertise, mentoring and training project staff.
• Provide HSW advice to managers and project managers to support achievement of project objectives.
• Develop and sustain internal and external relationships to influence decision‑making and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Interpret contractual and statutory HSW requirements to protect project integrity and ensure legal compliance.
• Establish strong relationships with customers, partners and suppliers to meet project targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a similar HSW role on large‑scale construction projects, preferably in data centres.
• NEBOSH accreditation.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
