Senior HRBP

About the role

Youtrust, a European digital trust platform founded in 2013, is hiring a Senior HRBP to join its People team as its sole HRBP. The company is a ~200-person European scale-up aiming for €65M ARR in 2027, and the role covers the full business-partnering scope: talent, performance and salary reviews, HR steering, coaching, change and organizational design. The position is based in Barcelona or Paris with a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and managers, helping them handle difficult conversations, team reorganizations and high-stakes decisions
• Own the talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end, including future calibrations, and set the analytical standard behind people decisions
• Improve and harmonize HR processes and journeys, and lead People and cross-functional projects to a mid-market/enterprise standard
• Drive individual and collective coaching, transitions and career paths as a retention lever
• Apply a reliable, labor-law-informed approach to compensation and personnel decisions
• Build and run AI workflows and agents that improve people operations, analysis, reporting and internal communications

Required profile

• Experience running HR business partnering as a true partner to leaders, owning talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end
• Ability to build HR processes and get managers to adopt them
• Strong social and situational intelligence, steady under pressure, humble and team-oriented
• Fluent English and French (C1); Spanish is a plus
