Senior Implementation Consultant - ONESOURCE Pagero

About the role

Thomson Reuters is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant in Madrid, based on the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. The role acts as an application and solution specialist, working independently and collaboratively on several projects in parallel. It suits someone who is organized, solves problems analytically and enjoys supporting colleagues and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-user and super-user training and make decisions on configuration and troubleshooting
• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional and partner-led implementation projects
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management, and resolve customer support issues
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and partner organizations, and support pre-sales such as demos and scoping
• Customize and configure applications to agreed specifications
• Design, develop and document project deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets
• Take part in application configuration, implementation and testing

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably in e-invoicing
• Experience as an implementation and solution consultant on large, cross-functional or partner projects
• Project management experience, including project plans and timelines
• Hands-on work in application configuration, implementation and testing

Preferred qualifications

• Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions
• Experience in IT integrations and configuration within e-invoicing
