Senior International Tax Manager

About the role

Alter Domus is looking for a highly motivated Senior International Tax Manager to strengthen its Group Tax function. The role will own international tax compliance, governance and cross‑border tax projects across more than 20 jurisdictions in Europe and APAC, excluding Luxembourg and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tax matters across the Group’s international jurisdictions, overseeing local compliance through finance teams and external advisors.
• Monitor tax filing calendars, payments, deadlines and recurring obligations, ensuring alignment with Group policies and risk appetite.
• Provide tax input for new entity setups, closures, liquidations and structural changes.
• Drive tax workstreams for legal entity simplification, mergers, liquidations and internal reorganisations.
• Lead tax aspects of dividend repatriation, withholding tax management and cash extraction initiatives.
• Assess tax implications of cross‑border financing flows and intercompany arrangements.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and business expansion initiatives as required.
• Coordinate implementation of global tax initiatives and legislative developments.

Required profile

• Highly motivated professional with experience managing international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury and external advisors.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance, governance and cross‑border tax planning.
