Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

DKB Code Factory is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer in Valencia to help build a new mobile-first product for a specific customer segment. You will shape its core architecture, deliver MVP flows and work closely with a growing cross-functional team of Product, Design and Backend engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evolve the foundational iOS architecture, including navigation, state management and API integration, as part of the MVP codebase.
• Audit and integrate shared components and modules, documenting trade-offs to maximise reuse and consistency.
• Build and maintain a modular SwiftUI codebase supported by CI/CD pipelines, linters and a testing strategy covering unit, snapshot and integration tests.
• Deliver most prioritised MVP user flows such as onboarding, core interactions and navigation, working with Backend and Product to meet acceptance criteria.
• Drive performance and accessibility improvements so launch time, memory usage and accessibility standards stay within targets.
• Mentor other iOS developers, support onboarding and establish code review practices.
• Own features and outcomes, define acceptance criteria, monitor release quality and propose incremental improvements.

Required profile

• Proven production experience in Swift and SwiftUI, with solid knowledge of current iOS SDKs and Xcode workflows.
• Demonstrable experience designing modular iOS architectures and integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience setting up or working with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise or Fastlane.
• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional product teams.
• Track record of mentoring others and driving code quality through PR reviews and engineering standards.
• Fluent English required; Spanish desirable.
