Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads enterprise‑wide budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and insight generation for the Integrated Retail Portfolio. Acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership, the role translates financial and operational data into forward‑looking insights that drive decision‑making and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning across the portfolio.
• Partner with territory and operating company leaders to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyse monthly, quarterly and annual performance, conduct variance analysis and provide management commentary.
• Design, develop and maintain BI dashboards, scorecards and visual analytics (e.g., Power BI) for executive and operational audiences.
• Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments and pricing decisions.
• Coordinate consolidated portfolio‑level planning submissions for Board and executive review.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Strong analytical thinker with a background in finance and risk management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience driving enterprise‑wide financial planning processes in a multi‑company environment.
