Senior Manager Sales Productivity

About the role

Fever for Business (F4B), the B2B arm of Fever, provides live entertainment as a service to businesses, schools and global brands. As Senior Manager Sales Productivity, you will report directly to the Vice President, Fever for Business, and work with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to build and scale world-class sales performance. The role covers onboarding, coaching, playbooks, methodology adoption and a high-performance sales culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the global onboarding program for new hires, translating global sales methods into scalable training and building certification frameworks
• Coach global teams through call and deal reviews, role plays and 1:1 coaching, and partner with managers to fix performance gaps
• Own and evolve the Fever for Business Playbook, standardize sales language and qualification frameworks, and maintain commercial content with Marketing, Product and RevOps
• Lead adoption of sales methodologies and new tools and processes, measure adoption via ramp time, pipeline quality, conversion and activity metrics
• Run initiatives such as competitions, blitz days, certifications and recognition programs, and build career development frameworks

Required profile

• At least 7+ years in consulting, sales enablement, sales leadership, commercial excellence or revenue operations, ideally in high-growth, multi-market organizations
• Proven support of global sales teams and experience building scalable onboarding and enablement programs
• Strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making and excellent written and spoken English
• Spanish and another language is a plus

• Comfortable with AI tools, Salesforce, Tableau and modern sales technology stacks
• Strong project management and change management skills
