Senior Marketing Manager – Iberia

About the role

Cricut is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and grow its brand presence across the Iberia region (Spain & Portugal). You will own the planning and execution of co‑marketing initiatives, partner collaborations, and digital campaigns that resonate with local audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch targeted co‑marketing campaigns with channel partners, adapting content to local preferences.
• Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Boost brand awareness through channel, influencer, social, and digital marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with consumer, digital, sales, and cross‑functional teams for consistent implementation.
• Co‑create marketing plans with partners that align with Cricut’s brand and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Use data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (mandatory) and preferably Spanish or Portuguese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in consumer retail, preferably within the Iberian market.
• Strong leadership, project‑management, and strategic‑thinking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Passion for crafts or creative hobbies is a plus.
• Energetic self‑starter who acts like an owner.
