Senior Media Sales Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Media Sales Manager in Madrid. You will drive revenue growth and expand the client pipeline across agency and direct channels, working closely with the Associate Director to secure new partnerships and strengthen Fever's brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients
• Hit and exceed quarterly sales goals
• Coordinate internal resources to build experiential responses and campaign pitches
• Manage client briefs from initial consultation to delivery
• Lead high-value client pitches and organise client entertainment initiatives
• Optimise the Brand Partnerships offering with internal departments
• Identify social media and entertainment trends and turn them into strategic opportunities for clients

Required profile

• 5+ years in publisher sales, experience sales or brand partnerships
• Track record building direct client and agency contacts (e.g. Publicis, Mindshare, Havas)
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Creative, data-driven thinking and entrepreneurial attitude
