About the role

COCUNAT is seeking a Senior Press & PR Specialist to shape and amplify its brand narrative across Europe. You will turn clinical innovation into high‑impact editorial stories, secure top‑tier media placements, and position the brand as a disruptive leader in clinical beauty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute earned‑media strategies for Spain, Italy, and France, aligning with global brand goals.
• Co‑define the global PR and communication strategy with the Head of Brand and translate business objectives into clear PR roadmaps.
• Build and nurture relationships with beauty editors, journalists, and industry influencers; secure impactful media placements.
• Identify, activate, and manage top‑tier KOLs that align with COCUNAT’s scientific and purpose‑driven positioning.
• Coordinate PR agencies across markets, ensure strategic alignment, track KPIs, and act as the liaison between global strategy and local execution.
• Define PR angles for product launches, oversee press‑kit creation, and adapt storytelling to each market while maintaining brand consistency.
• Conceptualize and execute press events, brand activations, and PR experiences that generate earned media.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in press, public relations, or media relations, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Proven track record of managing PR strategies across multiple European markets.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate clinical efficacy into engaging narratives.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with international agencies and cross‑functional teams.
