Senior Process Management Consultant

About the role

Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a Senior Process Management Consultant to join its Consulting team in Valencia, Spain. You will support new and existing projects across the Volkswagen Group, providing expertise in process analysis, design, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Take specialist (sub‑)project management responsibility for consulting projects in process management.
• Advise specialist departments and senior management on process‑related matters.
• Analyze complex issues, design new business processes, and identify optimisation opportunities for existing processes.
• Facilitate process‑optimization workshops and present results to customers, committees, and boards.
• Model processes using tools such as ARIS or Signavio.
• Contribute to the development of holistic consulting strategies and expand in‑house consulting services.
• Network across the Volkswagen Group on process‑management topics and support acquisition of new projects.

Required profile

• Degree in business, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Extensive professional experience in process management, including capturing, visualising, and analysing processes.
• Strong consulting background with experience leading (sub‑)projects.
• Relevant certifications in process or project management are desirable.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, moderation, and presentation skills.
