Senior Project Manager

About the role

Patvocates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑visibility client engagements from opportunity shaping through delivery and post‑project follow‑up. This remote, client‑facing position combines project leadership with business development and partnership management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver client projects end‑to‑end, ensuring scope, quality, timeline and budget are met.
• Oversee content development, report writing, budgeting, coordination, moderation, facilitation, administration and meeting logistics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Represent Patvocates at external and internal events, client meetings and partner engagements.
• Collaborate with NGO units and internal teams (Digital & Innovation, Communications, Events) to ensure integrated delivery.
• Contribute to sales activities, client management and relationship growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level project management experience in a client‑service environment.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 30 days per year.
• Motivation to work in a patient‑led, mission‑driven organization.
