Senior Project Manager

About the role

Verisure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Tech South Quality team in Madrid. You will act as a cross‑enabling layer, linking multiple QA verticals and ensuring consistent planning, governance, and decision‑making across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Support a unified demand intake mechanism across countries and internal technical teams, structuring needs and facilitating prioritisation.
• Lead and manage strategic or special projects, consolidating inputs from diverse functions and publishing outcomes.
• Set and manage strategic roadmaps, overseeing rigorous project execution to meet business goals.
• Coordinate governance forums (quality committees, business/tech follow‑ups) and ensure agendas, decisions, and action tracking.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
• Maintain a single view of performance/KPIs across QA verticals, ensuring consistency and accurate reporting.
• Drive work‑of‑way initiatives to improve efficiency, templates, rituals, and playbooks.
• Mentor team members and champion continuous improvement and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior project or programme management, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multiple functions and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• Background in strategy consulting or similar high‑performance settings is a plus.
