Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

Percepta is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Global Project Management Office. This fully remote position serves clients across the United States and Canada, supporting global time zones as needed. You will lead the delivery of client programs, internal initiatives, and enterprise‑level projects, primarily within a contact‑center environment for the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medium to large, complex projects (often multiple in parallel) with accountability for schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
• Champion project governance and act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Define project team structures, identify required resources, and staff projects appropriately.
• Coach and mentor team members on project‑management methodology and share lessons learned.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including WBS and Gantt charts.
• Contribute to RFX and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage escalations and issue resolution.
• Resolve conflicts within project teams and across stakeholders.
• Control change requests to prevent scope creep.
• Communicate project status and health through written reports and stakeholder reviews.
• Track and report on project KPI measurements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence and lead successful projects with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience managing projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort working across multiple time zones and in a remote environment.
• Background in contact‑center operations, preferably within the automotive sector.
