About the role

Metyis is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the company’s talent strategy across Spain and its global offices, focusing on high‑impact consulting, data, digital commerce and technology roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics, Digital Commerce and Technology positions in Spain and potentially worldwide.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent from consulting firms and tech‑focused organisations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a world‑class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and offering recruitment expertise.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in the Spanish market, including job fairs and talent mapping.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within consulting, professional services or high‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles for senior‑level and specialised roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
