Senior SAP Project Manager

About the role

Westernacher is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP initiatives across Spain. You will work with multinational clients, guiding projects from conception through delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP IT projects, defining scope, timelines, budgets and resource plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, critical path analyses and risk‑management strategies.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and produce regular status reports.
• Drive decision‑making to balance timing, risk, functional requirements and business benefits.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations in English and Spanish.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on SAP‑related projects.
• Strong background in Supply Chain Execution (EWM, TM, Yard) and/or Supply Chain Planning (IBP, SAC) and/or S/4HANA.
• Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile project‑management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel when project demands require it.
