Senior SAP SD DevOps Engineer – Order-to-Cash & Output Management

About the role

As a Senior SAP SD DevOps Engineer you will join BASF Digital Solutions in Madrid to support the Order Management Solutions team. You will work in an agile Scrum environment, developing and operating SAP applications that enable sales and distribution processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Design, configure and customize SAP SD / Order‑to‑Cash solutions.
• Support functional consultants and execute functional tests.
• Create and maintain output forms using Adobe Forms.
• Handle tickets, analyse issues, implement fixes and provide user training.
• Estimate effort for change requests and projects.
• Participate actively in Scrum events and pull tasks from the backlog.
• Contribute to BASF’s digital roadmap by delivering customer‑centric solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• 4‑6 years of experience with complex SAP applications, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working in an international environment.
• Agile mindset with a self‑organized way of working.
