Join the prestigious flagship store of Pandora in Spain, located on the iconic Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona. As a Senior Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering an exclusive and personalized shopping experience in a high-end environment.

Missions principales

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to guide clients toward their ideal pieces.
• Create memorable and emotional moments for every customer to enhance brand loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with management and the team to maintain a harmonious, energetic, and high-performing store atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product organization to reflect premium brand standards.
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual and collective targets.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar high-end retail or luxury environment.

• Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Chinese, French, Portuguese, Arabic, or Russian.
