Senior Strategy Consultant – Business Transformation

About the role

Join NTT DATA in Barcelona as a Senior Strategy Consultant focused on business transformation across multiple industries. You will turn complex analyses into clear strategic decisions, guide senior stakeholders, and drive change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex business challenges and develop hypotheses, insights and actionable recommendations.
• Define and deliver strategy and transformation projects for sectors such as consumer goods, life sciences, mobility and real estate.
• Prepare and present deliverables to senior executives and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews, workshops and information‑gathering processes.
• Lead analytical workstreams and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to commercial proposals by shaping tailored approaches and methodologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams combining industry knowledge, digital capabilities and business insight.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, advisory or a high‑performance environment.
• University degree; postgraduate studies in strategy, business, operations, innovation or transformation are a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong judgment, clear communication and ability to work autonomously with clients.
• Experience preparing executive‑level presentations and communicating conclusions convincingly.
