About the role

Join papernest’s growth team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, driving full‑cycle recruitment for high‑impact positions across our European offices. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, championing a candidate‑first mindset while optimizing Workday Recruiting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions (20+), overseeing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Audit and continuously improve Workday Job Application Business Processes to reduce friction and accelerate time‑to‑hire.
• Partner with department heads to define “Ready for Hire” criteria and lead weekly pipeline reviews.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal referral networks to build diverse talent pools.
• Coordinate complex interview loops, including panel interviews and on‑site assessments at our Barcelona headquarters.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
• High emotional intelligence and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting.
• Expert use of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or Lever.
• Strong Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
