Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service‑related inquiries, bridging communication between SAS, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term strategic solutions in an agile setting, adapting to daily changes.
• Provide strategic insights on industry best practices and drive implementations to resolution.
• Support the Operations team in achieving roadmap objectives and contribute to organizational maturity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Service Delivery or Service Management within a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Comfortable working in an agile, rapidly evolving setting.
• Hands‑on mindset with a focus on accountability and results.
