Service & Performance Manager – General Services

About the role

An opportunity for a Service & Performance Manager – General Services has arisen in Getafe (Madrid). The role focuses on restoring operational performance, KPI achievement, and contract compliance for catering, vending, and office services while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve KPIs for catering and vending services, ensuring quality, satisfaction, incident handling and service times.
• Supervise contractual compliance, SLAs and budget control with suppliers, coordinating audits and action plans.
• Manage daily operations of general office services, including supplier coordination, incident response and cost control.
• Provide cross‑functional support to other service lines such as waste, cleaning, landscaping and transport, including reporting and service audits.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and define monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent (EQF Level 7 – Master’s level).
• Up to 3 years of experience in supplier, vendor and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and analyse consumption data.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) and willingness to travel as needed.
