Site Lead – Senior Operations Manager

About the role

As a Site Lead at Amazon, you will own the operational performance of a fast‑paced fulfillment site. You will set strategy, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while leading a large team of leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational metrics and business performance.
• Contribute to operational budget planning, including financial and labour forecasts.
• Protect high standards of health and safety.
• Develop three‑, six‑ and twelve‑month strategic plans, with emphasis on peak‑season readiness.
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development support to team leaders.
• Create contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and drive initiatives that boost quality, safety and productivity.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics, retail or grocery management.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
• A degree (bachelor’s, advanced or master’s) in engineering, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; upper‑intermediate proficiency in the local language.
