Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager is accountable for overall construction and installation activities on site, ensuring all control procedures are followed. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the role acts as the primary technical representative on‑site and leads the local management team in the Project Manager’s absence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction and installation works on the project site.
• Implement and monitor control procedures to guarantee quality, safety and schedule compliance.
• Serve as the prime technical contact for the client and coordinate functional and administrative reporting for the site team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Ethane Cracker projects.
• BSc in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience on EPC LSTK projects from the main‑contractor side.
• Willingness to travel worldwide, particularly to the Middle East.
• Strong leadership, communication skills and excellent English; Spanish is a plus.
