Social Art Designer

About the role

Monks is seeking a creative Social Art Designer to develop and adapt visual concepts for social media campaigns supporting an iconic automotive brand. You will collaborate with a design‑savvy team to ensure brand consistency and high‑impact visual storytelling across regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate clear visual ideas with the content team to support local market campaigns.
• Translate concepts into final designs within deadlines, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage the visual side of the Social Media Calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct image research and source optimal visuals for each campaign.
• Present complete design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Own smaller projects or portions of larger initiatives, guaranteeing excellent outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising or communications agencies.
• Proven track record as an Art Designer handling end‑to‑end creative processes.
• Fluent English with strong attention to detail and visual quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback, and continuously improve designs.
