Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to grow Sporty’s global football platforms, turning live scores, data and fan insights into compelling, shareable content. This role is central to our growth strategy, positioning the platform as the go‑to source for football conversations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the social media strategy and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Transform football data into engaging formats such as rankings, debates and comparisons.
• Create and publish short‑form videos and posts on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
• Drive fan engagement by leveraging trends, real‑time moments and community interactions.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to support overall growth initiatives.
• Work with creators and football communities to amplify reach.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimise content.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in social media, preferably in sports or football.
• Strong understanding of football culture and internet trends.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to move quickly.
• Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
