Social Media Manager

About the role

AirDNA, a leading data and business intelligence platform for the travel and short‑term rental industry, is looking for a Social Media Manager to turn its proprietary market data into organic growth across digital channels. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will work alongside PhD economists, a PR and Content team, and the acquisition pillar to amplify the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social strategy across all major platforms, including YouTube, podcasts, and creator networks.
• Produce, schedule, and optimize video and audio content that showcases market insights and executive thought leadership.
• Collaborate with internal research, PR, and content teams to ensure data‑driven storytelling.
• Manage creative direction, production budgets, tools, and content calendars with full ownership.
• Measure performance, generate reports, and iterate tactics based on audience engagement and growth metrics.

Required profile

• Passion for turning data into compelling social narratives.
• Proven experience managing organic social channels for B2B or B2C audiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across research, PR, and product teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
