Solicitor - UK Consumer & Contract Law (Holiday Resorts)

About the Role

Join a rapidly growing legal services firm dedicated to empowering UK residents. We specialize in helping consumers reclaim control by contesting unfair holiday park and property contracts, including static caravans, lodges, and timeshares.

Main Missions

• Provide expert legal advice on UK consumer and contract law within the holiday property sector.
• Communicate directly with UK-based clients via Zoom and telephone to assess their cases.
• Conduct detailed examinations of contracts and legal correspondence to identify illegal or unfair clauses.
• Draft high-quality legal letters, advice notes, and internal case documentation.
• Liaise closely with the legal team and senior management to ensure case progression.

Candidate Profile

• Legally qualified professional with a strong background in UK law.
• Proven experience in consumer protection or contract law.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with UK clients remotely.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in legal documentation.
• Ability to work full-time from our Mijas Costa office.
